1. 健康科研,快乐生活。健康的身体和快乐的心情是一切工作的前提和动力。
2. 找准定位。我们不需要都成为学术大牛或是项目达人。只要不断提高自己,做好自己的工作,就能让世界变得更好。
3. 明确需求,寻找创新。既然是理工科,最终目的当然是学以致用,解决实际问题。多读、多想、多交流是找准研究方向的捷径;而一旦面对具体的应用场景,永远不会缺乏创新点。
4. 保持信心。对于我本人而言,科研是一件略显枯燥的事情,80 %的时间都在阅读文献、调试程序,忙忙碌碌有时又面对未知的结果。但是,相信只要有了足够积累,就将在剩余20 % 的时间里完成飞跃,做出成果。
